Hour of Operation are: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Credit applications may be picked up in normal business hours. Security Deposit will be 1 to 2 x's the rent based on the conditions of the tenant's credit report or could be denied. Fee for process credit report and background check is $45.00 non-refundable.

All Units do not allow pets.

Apartments - water, sewer, trash pickup, and lawn care is included in rent. (Call and ask about apartments that include electric.)

Houses - Water, sewer, trash pickup is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for lawn care on all single family houses.

Rent also include free (Basic) extermination every other month.

Rend is due by the 1st of each month and is considered late if not received by 5:00pm on the 5th. Late fees and legal fees will incur.
